Hospitality Action provides vital support to those within our industry who have fallen on hard times. Hospitality Action is there to help colleagues get back on their feet again – something we all deserve the opportunity to do.
Safeguarding
Culinera places safeguarding at the core of our principles. We are founded with the purpose of ensuring we work intrinsically with our clients and partners to train our employees in all aspects of catering and school life. We undertake enhanced checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service and screen prospective employees carefully; hand-picking the best people to work with us and for you.
For us, Safeguarding goes beyond well beyond recruitment. As a minimum we train every single team member in Allergen management, Safeguarding, Fire Safety and Mental Health awareness. All of our managers are additionally trained in First Aid.
