Founded in 2020 with just a laptop and four guiding principles — provenance, partnership, people, and pride — this recognition marks a significant milestone in our journey. From simple beginnings to national recognition, today we are truly, truly proud of our wonderful teams.

2025 is a really exciting year, we celebrated the People Awards in January and have sent the past few months building a new Base Camp that has large training rooms and a beautiful Cookery School. We are looking forward to filling the spaces with our fabulous people and offering exciting training opportunities.
