About the job

We are so pleased to have this vacancy that expands our support team. We are recruiting an Office Administrator to join our busy team.

‘Office administrator’ sounds a little bit boring but we promise our company and this role is anything but. Being a small, growing company it’s ‘all hands on deck’ which means you will be in the thick of the action, involved and exposed to so much. The role will extend beyond that of a typical office administrator - but it's hard to find the right job title to fit this exciting opportunity.

The person we are looking for is dynamic, customer service focussed, organised and a self starter. Someone who has their antenna up, listens and finds proactive solutions. Someone who supports but also challenges to ensure we are doing the right things, in the best way possible. Organisation is key - we need someone who has their ship in order who can help us manage the plethora of balls that fly our way.

The role is based in beautiful Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire and is for 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. We’re offering £18.5k initially so there is room for promotion and growth as you contribute to our business growth and success.

The role will report to the Managing Director where you will have the benefit of receiving 1:1 coaching and development to help you achieve your goals.

We want to arm you with a plethora of transferable skills – from demanding high organisation to sales, marketing and even a little bit of cooking if you’re interested. We will expose you to all elements of our business so that you have a through understanding of our goal. We have strong ethos around continous professional development so we would like the successful applicant to complete an apprenticeship (level and course to fit you).

If you are interested in this placement with us please send us your CV. No boring cover letters please - instead we would like you to introduce yourself and tell us - what task makes you happiest and why? From hoovering to flying we don't mind. Just tell us what truly makes you happy.
