About the job

An Executive Chef who is looking to grow with a school - a brand new school which will increase its roll number every year. The demand for catering will also increase year on year. Focus on family dining and a passion for vegetarianism would be beneficial, but not essential.
Overseeing a team of 5 catering assistants.

Requirements

• Educated to 4 GCSE’s or above with City & Guild’s / NVQ qualifications or suitable company in-house training
• Previous experience as a chef, including holding supervisory responsibility for a minimum of 2 years
• Understanding of Food Hygiene and Safety or above
• Successful progressive background in contract catering (preferred)
• Management of medium size kitchen (preferred)
