Culinera have an opportunity for a hands on, hungry (!), Group Executive Chef!
We are looking for two chefs to join us; two capable, dynamic and hands on chefs who want to grow, flourish and work with us to provide exceptional school restaurant experiences. We are looking for someone who can turn their hand to a primary school kitchen as well as an 2000 on roll secondary school lunch service.
You’ll fit with us if you are willing to be truly flexible and field based. You need to have a positive attitude knowing your day could change at short notice as you divert to save the day elsewhere. Beings hands on means pitching in on mobilisations, doing the washing up, coming up with ideas, supporting in recruitment and training others. You will be part of a small team, led by our one and only Steve Barwick-Biggs; but you’ll gain exposure to every aspect of our company.
