About the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Oxford's most exciting new schools that is trailblazing with their dining concept. Not only that but you also get to join one of the country's most exciting school restaurant operators...Culinera.

The best thing about this chef opportunity, is that you can deliver high quality food - (i.e. not your typical school food) - working Monday - Friday. No weekends, no split shifts and late evenings once in a blue moon.

We are looking for a Chef Manager who will take full ownership of the Kitchen and deliver high quality, beautiful food in a dynamic setting. Serving over 500 meals in one sitting for a family dining style restaurant lunch experience as well as providing food for additional services for breakfast and break - there is a lot of coordination and strict timings to keep to!
You will need strong people skills to motivate and reward your team for getting this right every single day.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who is hungry to develop; is naturally energetic, proactive and good with people. You will have two fellow chefs working just 5 minutes away in our other schools - so support is all around you. We see this as an opportunity to create a unique flagship, and create a new way of doing things. If this sounds like an opportunity that you would like to be a part of - get in touch.
