Generalist administration role
Large proportion of role dedicated to People Department
Monday – Friday
Full Time – (early finish on a Friday!)

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support our growing business! The role will be predominantly office based in Amersham with variety as you will be asked to support the Operations team during peak periods. This will involve driving to our locations and lending a hand when needed. The role will do a lot of work with the People team on the core administration responsibilities of the People Department, ensuring an efficient and effective customer service.

Key Qualities

Flexible approach – open to finding better ways of doing things and able to flex the working day to support the business as required.
Able to drive – just in case we need you to lend a hand!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
Experience of working in a busy environment, with the ability to cope with a high level of activity and changing priorities.
Excellent organisational and planning skills (to hello with the above!)
Proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised.
Accurate and excellent attention to detail.
Duties within the People Department

Recruitment administration – management of the ATS system and liasing with hiring managers
Onboarding of new starters
HR administration (contracts, absence, probation periods etc
Support with low level ER advice and letters
General day to day people administration
Support during mobilisations and sales
General

Support with general office admin, post, telephone calls etc
Support mobilisations – ordering, printing, laminating etc
Finance / IT

File expense receipts for reconciliation
Support with the administration of SharePoint (training given)
Support with issuing equipment and maintaining the allocation database.
