About the job

Utilising the governments new Kick Start scheme, we are looking for 'rising star's to join our team. The role will be office (with some home working) based and will be supporting the Managing Director and senior team. As a small business the role will be extremely varied but a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to progress quickly in a small business.

To be eligible to apply for the role you must be
• under the age of 25
• Claiming universal credit

‘Office administrator’ sounds a little bit boring but we promise our company and this role is anything but. Being a small, growing company it’s ‘all hands on deck’ which means you will be in the thick of the action, invoked and exposed to so much.

The person we are looking for is customer service focussed, organised and a self starter. Someone who has their antenna up, listens and finds proactive solutions. Someone who supports but also challenges to ensure we’re doing the right things, in the best way possible.

The role is based in beautiful Old Amersham, Buckinghamshire and is for 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday. We’re offering £10 per hour initially so there is room for promotion and growth.

The role will report to the Managing Director where you will have the benefit of receiving 1:1 coaching and development to help you achieve your goals.

We want to arm you with a plethora of transferable skills – from demanding high organisation to sales, marketing and even a little bit of cooking if you’re interested. We will expose you to all elements of our business, to show case what can be achieved with entrepreneurship, and educate you in customer service, ISO maintenance, finance, HR, accountability and health and safety.

If you are interested in this placement within us you must be registered with Jobcentre Plus. We are only able to accept applications from individuals who have been referred by their Work Coaches.
